Returns
We hope that you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, please take photos of the defective product in question, and if the product in question requires a demonstration of its defectiveness, please take a video and send it to us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

我们采用100%国产大豆蜡、优质香氛精油和棉芯烛芯。我们使用的香料不含对羟基苯甲酸酯和邻苯二甲酸酯，并且从未进行过动物实验。

每次点燃蜡烛前或蜡烛冷却后，将烛芯修剪至 1/4 英寸。
切勿尝试修剪燃烧中的蜡烛。
将剪下的烛芯部分丢入垃圾桶；千万不要将烛芯碎屑留在蜡烛罐中。
灯芯应始终保持在容器中央，并远离容器壁。
每次燃烧时，让蜡融化到罐子的边缘，以防止出现隧道效应。
