The Stacked Store Singapore offers a flat shipping rate of $5 for all orders of kitchen cooking utensils. You can enjoy free shipping when you buy and spend above a minimum amount, which is stated on our online site or during checkout. As we do not currently provide international shipping, please be ready to provide a local delivery address.
We ask for your patience as we fulfil your online orders of cooking utensils within 2-4 working days. Same-day delivery will be available for orders placed before 9am SGT, while orders placed after 9am will be delivered the next day.
Kindly note that delivery times of cooking utensils and all other orders from The Stacked Store may be affected by Singapore’s public holidays, weekends, and warehouse closure dates."
For all defective or damaged kitchen utensils, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at customercare@stackedhomes.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST: ORDER #SS-[Order No.]" and attach a photo or video showing the defect. Please return the items in their original packaging for a replacement, or refund in-store credits or cash.
Upon completing your purchase of cooking utensils on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Through this link, you can easily monitor the delivery status of your order within Singapore.
