Shipping for decorative trays and other tableware from The Stacked Store costs a flat fee of $5 per order, and free shipping is offered for orders above a certain amount. The exact amount for free shipping can be found in the announcement bar or during checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my trays?

Delivery takes two to four working days, with orders fulfilled on the same day if placed before 9am SGT. If placed after 9am, orders will be fulfilled the next day and delivered within two to four working days. Please note that orders placed close to or during public holidays, weekends, or warehouse closures may take longer than usual to arrive.

How can I return the trays in Singapore and get a refund?

You can return furniture purchased online, but only if it's defective or broken. To start a return, send photos or videos of the defective product to customercare@stackedhomes.com within 14 days of receiving it. If your request is approved, we'll ship a replacement product and you can choose to receive store credits or a cash refund. Please note that cash refunds are only given if the original item is unavailable, and refunds are processed within 3 working days.

How can I track the delivery of my trays in Singapore?
