How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is a flat 5 SGD per order within Singapore. Same day local delivery (Singapore) is available for 25 SGD. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
Where Do You Ship To?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some countries have shipping restrictions. This is updated based on global trade conditions. Countries listed under "elevated risk" here are excluded from shipping at the moment.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
How Long Would It Take For Me To Receive My Items?
Under Standard Singapore Shipping, your item will take 2-5 working days to arrive. Orders are fulfilled on the same day if placed before 9AM SGT. For all international orders, please allow 7 to 21 days for delivery, depending on your location. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days of placement.
Is Same-Day Shipping Available?
If you place your order before 12PM SGT, we can pack and ship your item out on the same day, provided it’s before 7PM SGT. Same day shipping is available at $25 per order and will be shipped out between 1PM to 7PM SGT. Same-day shipping does not apply on weekends and public holidays.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
What Is The Typical Timeframe For Backordered Items?
You can find the estimated dispatch period on our product page. Please be aware that this estimate is subject to change due to factors like shipping delays, so it’s best to consider it as an approximation rather than a guarantee.
Can I Receive Available Items Immediately If I Order Alongside A Backordered Item?
If an item in your order is on backorder, we’ll ship out the remaining items that are in stock first. Once the backorder item is ready for dispatch, we’ll send it out separately.
Can I Choose When To Receive My Order?
Unfortunately, our standard flat shipping option does not allow for selecting specific delivery dates or times. However, we offer direct courier services on weekdays between 10AM and 7PM, excluding public holidays. Please note that this service incurs additional charges depending on the item, delivery time, and distance to your address. These costs typically range from $15 to $30.
Is It Possible To Pick Up My Order Directly From Your Store?
Yes, you can use the self-pickup method at checkout. You'll receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. Please contact us to make the arrangements as our staff may not be around to serve you on arrival.
I entered the wrong shipping address and my order has already been shipped. What should I do?
If you realise there’s an error in your shipping address after your order has been shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
In some cases, it may be possible to request a change of address with the courier. However, this is subject to the courier’s approval and any additional fees they may charge. If a change of address is successful, these fees will need to be borne by the customer.
If the delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

International Orders: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges shown at checkout are estimates only. These amounts are provided for reference and are not guaranteed to reflect the final charges imposed by your local customs authority upon arrival of the shipment.
Final duties, taxes, and fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may include import duties, VAT/GST, sales tax, customs clearance fees, handling charges, or other regulatory or administrative costs. Some of these charges may not be reflected at checkout, even if estimated taxes are displayed.
All customs duties, taxes, and regulatory fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by third parties and are outside our control. We do not determine, collect, or influence how these fees are calculated or applied, and we are unable to provide refunds, discounts, or store credits in relation to them.
If a shipment is refused, rejected, or not collected due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, the parcel will be returned to us where possible. In such cases, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any associated courier, customs, or handling fees are non-refundable. Any additional costs incurred in returning the order to us will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Any refund issued, if applicable, will be limited to the product value only, less any non-recoverable costs incurred.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or regulatory fees imposed by your destination country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.
