At The Stacked Store, we offer flat-rate shipping of $5 for all online orders for laundry baskets. However, free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount in Singapore. You can check this amount at the top of the webpage, and buy our other bathroom products — such as bathroom textiles, bathroom accessories and more — to fulfil the minimum order requirement.
If you place your online order before 9am in Singapore, you can expect to receive your laundry basket within two to four working days. Buys submitted after 9am will be processed on the next working day and delivered accordingly thereafter. We will send you an email notification once your order has been shipped.
If your laundry basket arrives defective or broken, you can request for a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your online order. Please send in a return request and include photos or videos demonstrating the defects to customercare@stackedhomes.com. Include the subject line "RETURN REQUEST: ORDER #SS-[Order No.]", and our team will assess your submission and arrange a replacement or refund if permitted.
Once your online order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link to track the delivery of your laundry basket.
