Shipping is a flat SGD 5 per order within Singapore. Same-day local delivery (Singapore) is available for SGD 25. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

How Long Would It Take For Me To Receive My Items?
Under standard Singapore shipping, your item will take 2–5 working days to arrive. Orders are fulfilled on the same day if placed before 9AM SGT. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days of placement.
Is Same-Day Shipping Available?
If you place your order before 12PM SGT, we can pack and ship your item out on the same day, provided it’s before 7PM SGT. Same-day shipping is available at SGD 25 and will be delivered between 1PM to 7PM SGT. This does not apply on weekends or public holidays.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
What Is the Typical Timeframe for Backordered Items?
You’ll find the estimated dispatch period on our product page. This is subject to change due to shipping delays or supply chain issues.
Can I Receive Available Items Immediately If I Order Alongside a Backordered Item?
If your order is being shipped outside of Singapore and contains a backordered item, all in-stock items will be shipped together once the backordered item is available. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing a separate order for them.
Can I Choose When to Receive My Order?
Standard shipping does not support selecting specific delivery times. Direct courier services are available on weekdays (excluding public holidays) for an additional fee. Exact timings and charges will be shown at checkout.
Is It Possible to Pick Up My Order Directly From Your Store?
Yes, self-pickup is available. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
