We hope that you’ll love your purchase. Do not soak, expose to extreme heat or machine wash. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Use a lint roller to pick up dirt. Shedding is normal, snip stray fibers off, instead of pulling on them.

Laying your rug completely flat for a couple hours will help straighten it out. To ensure colour longevity, please limit exposure to direct sunlight. It’s recommended to place floor rugs in a low moisture area with little foot traffic.
