The Bistrot collection, designed by Denis Guidone, draws inspiration from the traditional Italian wine flask, typically wrapped in woven straw. Oval in shape, it is considered the most natural and optimal form to be created using the blown glass technique, resembling the shape of a molten glass droplet before it is blown. Once widely popular, this shape has nearly fallen out of use today due to storage difficulties. The project reintroduces this form as a decanter, crafted from optical borosilicate glass, adding elegance and a contemporary touch to an object rooted in Italian tradition.

As the product is meticulously crafted by hand, it is important to note that there could be slight variations in the finish of each individual piece. These may include small bubbles, dimples, marks, and other subtle quirks, adding to the unique charm of the product.
