Returns
We hope that you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, please take photos of the defective product in question, and if the product in question requires a demonstration of its defectiveness, please take a video and send it to customercare@stackedhomes.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Metal case, metal hands and glass lens

It’s really important your clock remains dry at all times, which includes not exposing it to damp walls, damp rooms and humidity etc. Overly cold and overly hot environments must be avoided, as well as exposing the clock to too much sun. Keep the clock free from dust to ensure the movement remains in good condition. Avoid cleaning your clock with water or cleaning agents or abrasive cloths.

Clean only with a soft dry cloth, do not use water or cleaning agents as they may damage the finish or workings.

We recommend the use of known brand alkaline batteries, new and in date.
