Tradition says that on Midsummer Eve, if a girl gathers seven wildflowers and places them beneath her pillow, she will dream of her future love. The Midsummer Dream Vase is designed to hold seven flowers above the dreaming face of a Finnish maiden, transforming this story into a poetic design object. Created by COMPANY for Artek’s FIN/JPN Friendship Collection, the vase balances storytelling, craft, and everyday function in a calm sand-toned ceramic form.
